Service requires a 24-month agreement. Early termination fees apply. Prices shown do not include taxes, regional sports fees, or equipment fees beyond the primary receiver unless explicitly stated.
AutoPay and Paperless Billing may be required for certain promotional prices. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for your recurring monthly subscription on the same day each month.
All receiving equipment remains the property of the company unless purchased outright. You must return all leased equipment in good working order upon termination of service, or non-return fees will apply.
You are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear during the term of your subscription.
Service is subject to physical limitations, including line-of-sight to the satellite. Weather conditions may occasionally interrupt signal reception. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for service interruptions.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not redistribute, retransmit, or publicly display any programming received through our services without express written consent.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We may also add, remove, or change channel lineups with 30 days' notice where required by law.
In no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
